This month sees the introduction of new and innovative colours to the fibre bonded (FB) collection from burmatex, the leading supplier of quality fibre-bonded carpet tiles and sheet, made at its site in Yorkshire. Design and production teams have combined fantastic, trend led new colours together with classic FB shades, creating a comprehensive and exciting collection to suit all tastes and interiors.
Classic ranges such as academy and cordiale have been brought up-to-date, with 17 new colours in the broad-ribbed range and 16 new colours in the narrow ribbed range. Innovative, design led structure bonded (SB) collections such as lateral®, zip and code have been invigorated with 5 directional new colours.
burmatex analysed colour trends to create an offering that shows real cohesion and future thinking. New colours include hot pinks, indigos and purples, as well as fresh greens and aquas. Ranges can be used individually in the traditional way or combined to create distinctive, contemporary installations both with FB and SB collections, as well as many other burmatex ranges.
“FB carpet tiles gained wider appeal following the introduction of our SB ranges, lateral®, zip and code, due to the variety of applications, design options, environmental benefits and excellent value they offer. The crossover of new colours in different textures adds a whole new dimension of fresh, design creativity and we’re working with corporate clients on some amazing new projects which would probably have otherwise been done in tufted tiles,” explained Senior Designer at burmatex, Vivien Lee.
The new colours are available now, the latest phase of products to be presented in re-branded shadecards since burmatex unveiled its sophisticated new corporate identity just before Christmas.
