Colour Focus

As we start to approach autumn and winter, we naturally look ahead to the new year in January. WGSN have recently revealed their colour of the year forecasted for 2026 – transformative teal.

This newly released colour of the year (and the new iPhone 16 featuring a metallic teal tone) inspired us to look to our own product portfolio.

By pairing teal with a dark grey you are focusing on the moody and atmospheric feel of teal.

We are delighted to announce the launch of our cordiale and academy® palette refreshes.

Refreshed for 2024,

Made from solution dyed fibres including 5% recycled polyester and our unique BioBase® recycled backing, making cordiale low carbon. The extremely durable fine ribbed carpet, available in tile or sheet making is easy to maintain and features anti-fray and anti-ravel technology.

The palette has increased from 32 colours to 40 colours making cordiale an ideal choice for use in schools, colleges and universities, perfect for heavy footfall environments.

The palette has been curated to provide a simple to use and functional offering. We have amended a selection of the blends to include a hethered and brighter appearance. Our blend has also changed to include 5% recycled polyester which is inline with our sustainability principles.

We are excited to announce the refresh of our multi level loop product alaska®. 

alaska® is a timeless and tactile design, inspired by the natural textures found in the Alaskan landscape. The expansive biophilic palette, includes snow-capped cools, sunlit warms, wood browns, and a majestic range of sophisticated accent colours. The design has a luxurious rippled effect running throughout. Made using Econyl® 100% regenerated recyclable solution dyed nylon yarn, along with our unique BioBase™ recycled backing, alaska® is low carbon and a considered choice for sustainable building projects.

alaska® was first launched in 2017 and was the first of our multilevel loop products, since that time alaska®  has grown to become a design staple and it has filled the floors of many commercial offices and residential spaces too.

The UK’s leading design festival was saturated with colour, cutting-edge and innovative design. We are always attending design fairs, industry talks and exhibitions as this is a valuable source of inspiration to see what is current in the market place.

We will be talking through 3 key colour trends spotted at Clerkenwell Design Week.

Saturated Orange, Sage Green, Clay, Rich Reds,

The first trend that we spotted was a punchy and vibrant orange. This colour was translated through fabric on furniture, through accents on an interior accessory or even subliminally through stained wood which was also a reoccurring theme at the festival.
