We are excited to announce the refresh of our multi level loop product alaska®. 

alaska® is a timeless and tactile design, inspired by the natural textures found in the Alaskan landscape. The expansive biophilic palette, includes snow-capped cools, sunlit warms, wood browns, and a majestic range of sophisticated accent colours. The design has a luxurious rippled effect running throughout. Made using Econyl® 100% regenerated recyclable solution dyed nylon yarn, along with our unique BioBase™ recycled backing, alaska® is low carbon and a considered choice for sustainable building projects.

alaska® was first launched in 2017 and was the first of our multilevel loop products, since that time alaska®  has grown to become a design staple and it has filled the floors of many commercial offices and residential spaces too.

The palette has extended from 12 to 16 colours it includes warming neutrals varying from a cool cream colour to rich dark sepia which we have

As designers, we can use design to tailor spaces to fit the needs of individuals who are neurodiverse. We can do this by creating areas in office or educational environments that vary in design specifics from colour palette to print and texture, carefully

In this blog post we will be taking a look at key colour and surface trends that were spotted at the iconic Clerkenwell Design Week. The UK’s leading design festival was saturated with colour, cutting-edge and innovative design. We are always attending design fairs, industry talks and exhibitions as this is a valuable source of inspiration to see what is current in the market place.

We will be talking through 3 key colour trends spotted at Clerkenwell Design Week.

Trend 1
Saturated Orange, Sage Green, Clay, Rich Reds,
Curved Edges, Checked Prints

The first trend that we spotted was a punchy and vibrant orange. This colour was translated through fabric on furniture, through accents on an interior accessory or even subliminally through stained wood which was also a reoccurring theme at the festival. Layout 1

Layout 1 offers an idea to creates zones on your flooring space. Having a splash of vibrant colour amongst neutrals gives your interior space a contemporary look without overcomplicating. The colours used in this scheme are orange, jet black, medium grey stripe, light beige, dark beige and metal grey.

Layout 2

Layout 2 gives an option of using colour to create a rug effect in your office space. This looks effective as it adds an element of sophistication to your space, you can change it up

Our latest product launch is the versatile and simple to use go to level loop carpet tile. Made from EqoCycle 75 recyled solution dyed nylon paired with our Bio Base recycled backing.

Our refreshed palette of 20 colours provides neutrals, to blues and finally punchy brights.

Colour Palette

Our colour palette is simple to use, providing versatility for use in any space. The colours work extremely well with pantone colour trends, we ensure our development work on new colours, is up to date with interior trends and can be useable for years to come!

Neutrals 

Warms – We have 3 warm beige shades in the palette with a corresponding beige stripe, alongside this we have a metal grey.

Cools – There are 3 cool and neutralised grey shades in the palette with a dramatic jet black, the lightest grey has a corresponding stripe.
