Christmas in Tivoli Competition
By entering this competition (the chance to win one of three travel vouchers worth £1,000 and two adult tickets to visit Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen Denmark) you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The competition is being run by Burmatex Ltd, whose registered office is: –

How to enter.
Simply spend £1,000 (ex VAT) or more on the tivoli®, tivoli mist®, or the tivoli® multiline carpet tile and plank ranges on one invoice until 31st October 2024 to be entered into the competition draw.
This competition is open to UK Burmatex Ltd Customer Account holders only.
To be eligible, the customer must spend £1,000 (ex VAT) or more on the tivoli®, tivoli mist®, or tivoli® multiline carpet tile and plank ranges on a single invoice by 31st October 2024. There is no limit to the number of entries permitted; however, all invoices related to this competition must be fully paid before the draw on 1st November 2024. An order is considered eligible when it has been placed by a Burmatex Ltd Customer Account holder and confirmed by Burmatex Ltd through an official order confirmation.
The Prize
The Prize is one of three travel vouchers worth £1,000 and two adult tickets to visit Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen Denmark.
No limit on entries.
Cut off point for entries to the competition will be 17.00pm on 31st October 2024.
The Winners (the “Winners”) will be selected and announced during week commencing
4th Nov 2024.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Burmatex Ltd Group regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcements
The winners will be notified during week commencing 4th November 2024 via telephone or email using the contact details provided.
Burmatex Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by telephone a maximum of two times and via email from marketing@burmatex.co.uk one time, using the contact details provided.
If the winner does not respond to the emails or phone call notifying them of their win within 14 days following the above attempts, they will lose their right to the Prize. Burmatex Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the Prize
Please allow 14 business days for delivery of the Prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
Data protection and publicity
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering this competition being used by Burmatex Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition, for marketing and promotional purposes, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy statement
An announcement of the winners will be made by Burmatex Ltd via
email and social media channels.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with Burmatex Ltd privacy statement.
Limitation of Liability
Burmatex Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize.
On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty, manufacturer guarantee, and the product are that of the Winners.
General
Burmatex Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
This competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of England and Wales.
