BALANCE COLLECTION – MULTI LEVEL LOOP PRODUCT LAUNCH

We are excited to announce our latest product launch; balance collection. The balance collection is comprised of three designs; balance grid, balance grade and balance ground. This blog post will detail each design individually as well as explain the collection as a whole; from inspiration through to final product.

The balance collection was inspired by a spring time trip to Chicago. Each year a commercial interiors event is held in the city (Neo Con) and walks to and from the exhibition in the early mornings and sunset hours provided a wealth of inspiration. Chicago, being directly situation on Lake Michigan, benefits from a unique atmosphere of dew and fog, concealing parts of skyscrapers and bright city lights.

With a soft and neutral collective colour palette including cool greys, warm neutrals, a green and two watery blues. grid and grade are identical in their colouration whilst ground is sympathetic to the palette; resulting in the three designs all working seamlessly together. This cohesive colour palette makes delineating interior zones easy and effortless.

balance grid is inspired by the strong lines seen in high rise skyscrapers, shining and gleaming. It is a classic yet contemporary design which works alone or paired with the other two designs in the balance collection; balance grade and balance ground.

balance grade is inspired by misty Chicago mornings where the dew is fresh from Lake Michigan. It is a soft and subtle design which leaves a calming effect across the floor. It is complemented by the other two ranges in the balance collection; balance grid and balance ground.

balance ground is inspired by the rough texture of sidewalks and pavements that run throughout the city of Chicago. It is strong in tactile elements but soft in colour, designed to give your space some breathing room. When used in conjunction with balance grid and balance grade it is grounding and neutral.
