Our Technical Services Manager, Andrew Copley, is an authority on installation and on-site conditions, and can offer valuable advice to specifiers, contractors, architects and carpet fitters.

He is very knowledgeable of the wear characteristics and issues of cleaning and maintenance for all our products. Andrew is responsible for all site visits & customer warranty issues, which are dealt with professionally and rectified rapidly.
