2016 was a very busy and exciting year for us at burmatex - we have listed our top 10 moments below;

1) Launch of infinity and infinity stitch

We re-vamped one of our classic collections this spring, with new colours and a new design - infinity stitch

2) Sainsbury’s Head Office

The supermarket Head Offices in London were fitted out with a range of burmatex products.

3) Launch of grade

Grade was launched this spring, a soft transitional pattern available in carpet tile and plank. For the studio photography, we worked with orangebox who lent us product appropriate pieces. 

4) Ricoh Offices

5) Birmingham University Library

Working with Associated Architects in Birmingham, we designed the floor layout for the University’s  new library building.

6) Strands revamp

Strands is one of our favourite ranges. Because of it’s bold and bright nature, it is one we look to often to work with furnishings and wall colours. To keep the range relevant and on trend, it had a revamp this year. We took photography of the new colours Orangebox Huddersfield. 

7) Sheffield Hallam University

The Charles Street building is a recent completed project for us, working with Bond Bryan Architects and using our ranges balance atomic and strands

8) BIM objects

A range of our products are now downloadable through the NBS National BIM Library.

9) Launch of hadron

To end the year, Hadron was launched. A multi tile design with a variety of colourways, it is a unique and exciting product for us! Corporate Workspace supplied the furniture for our studio photography.
