BURMATEX STRANDS REVAMP

After a successful few years on the tufted carpet tile market, our strands collection has had a revamp. The vibrant collection has been updated in line with current interior colour trends whilst still maintaining its signature look. Four new colours (magenta, marina, cyan and canary) have been added to sit alongside some of the original favourites and bring a refreshing new look to the collection.

As before, each colour is available in three different colour intensities (five, ten and sixty) which see the brightly coloured stripes increase in quantity as you step from five to ten and from ten to sixty. When used together, the combination of different stripe intensities creates a tonal acceleration and deceleration of colour across the floor and is a great way to make a statement in a room.

In addition to the spectrum of colour options, we also offer strands night which replicates the same striped pattern but in the achromatic grey palette that makes up the background of all strands tiles. This offers great flexibility to the amount of colour that can be used within a scheme and makes strands great for a wide variety of projects such as offices, universities, schools and public spaces.

The new colour palette has been inspired by current pantone colour trends and the growing popularity of creative office interiors. Previous muted colours have been brightened to lift the range, resulting in a light, bright, sophisticated collection. The colour palette was perfect for working alongside orangebox who we partnered with for the new strands photography shoot.
