burmatex Floor Designs | Inspiration

In this post we are showing a selection of some of our newest, commercially relevant, burmatex installations. All fitted in a range of environments, from education to student accommodation and offices.
Each case study image below shows how the carpet tiles were laid out to give you an idea of how to replicate the effect. This is a request we get a lot so we hope that the images and descriptions can inspire your next carpet tile installation!

Immochan Offices
The Immochan Offices in Romania used code from our structure bonded range to create a pixellated and bright floor. The carpet tile design ties in with the overall office environment, resulting in a fun and fresh office installation.

Storthes Hall, student accommodation complex in Huddersfield, Yorkshire
The recent refurbishment of this site included the common area, featured in the photograph above. The project uses three colours of tivoli plank in a random, brick repeated design. The greys chosen work really well together to create a soft and subtle pattern over the floor.
Sheffield Hallam University , Charles Street Building
burmatex worked alongside Bond Bryan Architects for this education project. The carpet tile ranges balance atomic and strands compliment each other by creating random modular patterns across the floor.
Quelfire Offices,Chesire
Quelfire used burmatex's newest launch, hadron, to complete the flooring for their new premises. The corporate colour of orange runs throughout the scheme, from furnishings as well as flooring. Hadron is the perfect carpet tile product for incorporating a colour in a subtle and effective way. Using the papyaya colour with neutral titanium diffuses the orange even more so.
These newly completed installations show how easy it is to work with carpet tiles, from mixing products, to keeping it simple and exploring new ideas.
